As the
General Manager of Restaurant Operations, you will be the primary leader. Your role overseeing one of the world's largest brands carries great responsibility, but with your KFC Family's support, you can achieve more than you ever thought possible.
Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of your restaurant's success metrics and guide your team to reach goals.
- Enhance guest experiences through friendly interactions, maintaining a clean restaurant, and providing fresh meals.
- Develop and mentor your KFC family through effective training, development, and onboarding processes for new team members.
- Communicate goals, upcoming promotions, and business updates clearly with your team.
- Inspire a positive and collaborative family environment.
- Collaborate with other General Managers and Area Leaders to drive growth and progress.
