Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete all necessary training programs, including the Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan and Operations Excellence Capstone Class.
  • Ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels by recruiting, hiring, and nurturing top talent.
  • Provide thorough training and ongoing support to team members while holding everyone accountable for their performance.
  • Develop effective work schedules to maximize sales and manage labor costs efficiently.
  • Assign and oversee shift duties while ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Foster a vibrant workplace culture by leading by example and promoting team morale.
  • Drive profitability by enhancing sales, controlling expenses, and maintaining operational excellence.
  • Build strong community relationships to boost sales and improve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications Required:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Open availability; must work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successfully pass a background and motor vehicle check.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work well with others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • 3-5 years of management experience required, with a preference for restaurant management.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously throughout the shift.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, and climbing, including the use of ladders.
  • Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Continuous use of hands and wrists for various tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work safely with restaurant equipment.
  • Work in varying temperature environments and with food allergens.
