This is a great time to join this rapidly growing organization that are renowned in their industry and have multiple plants across the North East. They have a genuine emphasis on taking care of their employees, and are seeking a General Manager to play a pivotal role in their continued success at their largest manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania.
In this role you will oversee a plant of 160 people and report directly to the CEO. You will be in the office conducting meetings and spend time on the shop floor overseeing daily operations across all manufacturing, production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
This role would suit a General Manager with printing expertise, looking to play a key part in shaping a rapidly expanding organization, offering the opportunity to progress your career further into directorship.
The Role:
• Oversee 1 Plant Superintendent, 3 Production Managers, 5 Supervisors and 160 person plant
• Conduct meetings and report directly to the CEO of the organization
• Spearhead continuous improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives on the plant
The Person:
• General or Manager / Operations Director with experience overseeing a large plant
• Label, Ink, Printing, Packaging or Food packaging background
• Looking to play a pivotal role growing the company's main plant in Pennsylvania
