Your Responsibilities: - Complete all necessary training, including the Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan and Food Safety Certification.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Hire, train, and develop team members, focusing on retaining top talent.
- Produce effective work schedules to drive sales and manage labor costs.
- Set clear expectations for your team, adjusting operations to meet goals.

Qualifications: - Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
- Open availability with a minimum commitment of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Successful completion of a background check is necessary.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- 3-5 years of management experience, with restaurant management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously.
- Occasional bending, climbing, and lifting activities up to 50 pounds.
- Proficient communication skills for effective interaction.
