Your responsibilities will include: - Completing all required training programs, including the Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan.
- Obtaining Food Safety Certification and Manager Certification.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and quality food service.
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new team members.
- Creating effective work schedules to drive sales and manage labor costs.
- Upholding service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Driving sales through community engagement and superior service.
- Managing restaurant profitability and operational standards.
- Tackling performance reviews for staff and ensuring ongoing coaching and development.
- Maintaining compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Addressing guest and team member issues promptly and respectfully.
- Continuously analyzing performance metrics to develop plans for improvement.
Qualifications: - 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work at least 5 days and 48 hours per week.
- Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- 3-5 years of management experience required; restaurant management is a plus.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously.
- Occasional bending, crouching, or climbing (using ladders).
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent use of hands and wrists for tasks.
- Effective communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and around food allergens.
