The starting pay for this position is up to $15.75 per hour depending on experience and availability.

As a General Manager, you will lead the restaurant operations while providing support to your team in delivering exceptional service. In the absence of the General Manager, you will step in to uphold our brand standards, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Your Responsibilities: - Understand and perform every job role within the restaurant.
- Supervise and support team members and Shift Managers to guarantee safe, high-quality dining experiences for our customers.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
- Ensure team members complete all required training and certifications.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, upholding state and local regulations.
- Support the development of Shift Managers and potential future leaders.
- Assist the General Manager with restaurant maintenance and operation.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Contribute to maintaining strong financial performance.
Are You the Right Fit? - Must be 18 years or older.
- Two years of restaurant experience is required with demonstrated leadership ability.
- High School Diploma is necessary.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Must possess a current Health Card by state or local requirement.
- Reliable transportation is needed.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check including MVR.
- Ability to pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
This position has an expected 50-hour work week with open availability required, including nights, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
