Position Summary:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, service, logistics, and personnel management. This leadership role is responsible for achieving financial goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Riverside branch
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies
- Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance management
- Manage branch budget, P&L, and financial reporting
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and supply levels
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience (industrial services, equipment rental, or construction a plus)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales and financial targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of operational best practices, budgeting, and P&L management
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
