Your Responsibilities: - Complete training requirements, including the Zaxby's General Manager Development Plan.
- Ensure stellar guest experiences and maintain high operational standards.
- Manage staffing levels through hiring, retaining, and recognizing top talent.
- Provide continuous training, mentoring, and performance accountability for team members.
- Create effective work schedules while controlling labor costs.
- Build a positive work culture by leading by example and supporting your team.
- Drive profitability through sales growth, cost control, and operational excellence.
- Enhance sales via community relationships and exceptional service.
- Maintain compliance with Zaxby's guidelines, policies, and local laws.

Qualifications: - Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
- Open availability with the ability to work at least 5 days and 48 hours a week.
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
- Proven leadership, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously.
- Occasional stooping, bending, and climbing including ladder use.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Effective communication through speech, reading, and writing.
- Able to work in varied temperatures and with food allergens.
- Safely operate restaurant equipment and tools.
