We're looking for a driven and hospitality-focused General Manager to lead one of our premier locations.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance and success of the restaurant, including guest satisfaction, team development, financial results, and operational excellence. This role requires a strong leader who can maintain Boulevard's high standards of service, quality, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations across front- and back-of-house to ensure smooth, guest-centric service
  • Hire, train, coach, and retain top-performing team members and managers
  • Drive sales and profitability through labor management, cost controls, and financial analysis
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and upscale environment aligned with brand expectations
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a focus on long-term loyalty
  • Champion company policies and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Partner with the culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale-casual or polished casual dining environment
  • Proven leadership, team development, and P&L management skills
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures and guest service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with POS and restaurant management systems
  • ServSafe and alcohol certification preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
