Job Description

We are seeking passionate and experienced General Managers for our high-volume quick service restaurants. Please note that applicants must be open to relocating for this position.

As a General Manager, you will oversee the financial and operational performance of the restaurant, focusing on the following key responsibilities:
  • Delivering excellent hospitality and guest service
  • Fostering a positive work environment for team members
  • Executing effective Human Resource decisions
  • Conducting P&L analysis
  • Managing inventory control
Your starting pay will range between $43,888.00 and $59,050.00 annually.

Qualifications

To succeed as a General Manager, you should possess exceptional leadership and customer service skills, alongside integrity and accountability at a managerial level. Key qualifications include:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industries, with a focus on financial outcomes
  • A proven track record of managing high-volume retail with P&L responsibility
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
