The General Manager/Brand President oversees daily operations, ensuring operational excellence and compliance, providing a brag-worthy customer experience, and driving quality, timely completion of production jobs in support of our strategic vision.


As a key leader in the organization, you will build and manage the entire Sales Operations team to maintain and accelerate growth and performance in the local market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Own financial performance and have full P&L responsibility through analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track brand performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute data-based strategies to win business and drive growth
  • Ensure safety and compliance procedures are in place and followed as evidenced by no recordable injuries
  • Collaborate with Marketing resources to strategically develop and execute effective omnichannel marketing in support sales and revenue targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, industry partners, and internal functional leaders
  • Lead Sales and Operations teams, ensuring collaboration and workflow processes with a strong customer focus
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales and operations team members in support of the growth in your area of influence
  • Lead team Training, Development and Talent Acquisition initiatives
  • Oversee the management of all subcontractor crews as assigned by operations leaders on your team.
  • Manage the local facilities, equipment, and assets
  • Interface directly with customers and homeowners to resolve issues and drive satisfaction
  • Ensure proper record keeping to satisfy local, state and federal requirements
  • Other related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 5+ years' P&L and General Management accountability of a business between $3 - $20 million annual revenue
  • Strong understanding of sales and operations in a consumer service business.
  • Prior experience in residential remodeling or construction helpful
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to apply people and customer service lens to everything you do, ensuring a strong focus on customer experience and positive interactions throughout the team
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of ensuring actions continue to align with overarching strategy and goals
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to foster win-win solutions for both the short term and long term
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization, customers, and external partners

SALARY:

This position ranges from $130K-150K base per year depending on skills and experience, plus additional performance-based compensation up to 50% in alignment with organizational and personal goals.
