Schedule:
Full-Time Availability
We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
We're Looking for Managers that have the following:
3+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
Strong coach - gives effective feedback, grows the team every day
Organized - deadline-oriented and focused on driving results
Ready to master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else
Cares about people - builds relationships with guests and team members
Humble - eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
Experience with managing a large team
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory
Must Haves:
Minimum of 3 years of GM restaurant management experience
Can meet our attire standards - no neck tattoos, long beards, fake eye lashes, and long acrylic nails (see attire policy attached).
Grit and resilience - has previous experience working tough shifts, but is able to share examples of how they grew and powered through those tough days - see interview guide.
Ability to coach and develop team members in a supportive and caring way - see interview guide.
Has been a part of restaurant concepts that are systematic and structured - not mom & pop style.
o (knows how to use scheduling platforms, has done inventory, has been a part of managing company rollouts (new menus, systems, initiatives).
Volume & Team size - Has been a GM at a restaurant concept that does over 40k per week in sales and has overseen teams of 20+
Must be able to train in either Dallas, Houston, or CA for 8 weeks for training
Nice to have:
Kitchen experience - if they do not, at least have a strong desire to learn - we will teach
Has knowledge on managing COGs & Labor / can speak to key metrics in their current role (ex: food cost %, actual vs theoretical, labor %, ideal labor hours). If you cannot get granular here, that is okay, but great if you can.
Has been a part of an NSO before
Has experience managing a fast-casual restaurant experience
