Key Responsibilities Strategic & Financial Leadership

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing projections to drive business growth.
2. Ensure overall profitability, optimizing revenue streams and cost efficiencies.
3. Oversee budgeting and cost control, ensuring financial health and long-term stability.
4. Provide accounting oversight and financial direction, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Operational & Business Management

1. Keep projects and project leaders on task and accountable, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.
2. Act as the primary liaison with ownership, providing updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
3. Shape and execute the company's strategic direction, ensuring continued growth and innovation.
4. Establish and maintain purchasing procedures to optimize costs and vendor relationships.

Team & Culture Development

Qualifications & Experience

1. Proven experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Leadership role within a precision machining, fabrication, or heavy equipment industry.
2. Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, accounting, and cost control.
3. Experience in sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
4. Hands-on leadership style with excellent team-building and employee engagement skills.
5. Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain management, and project oversight.
