General Manager

My client is seeking a passionate General Manager for a captivating 4-star country house hotel and spa located in the scenic rural area of South Fife. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-end 4-star hotels with popular spa facilities. As General Manager, you will lead a thriving business, deliver solid financial results, and engage both guests and your dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

Preferred Requirements
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a 4-star hotel and spa environment
  • Strong skills in managing P&L and ensuring health and safety compliance
  • Ability to lead and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Track record of driving financial results and KPIs
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant hospitality management qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with guests and staff
