TLDR: This rapidly growing Fast Casual Wing Brand is seeking Assistant Managers and General Managers in the Cleveland, OH market. Realistic growth for team members and salaried managers. This group will double in size in the next 2 - 3 years.

$55k - $60k base salary + monthly health care stipend and 401K

Our client, a growing quick-service Wing restaurant franchise is currently seeking General Manager & Assistant Manager candidates for their Cleveland store, as well as Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Euclid locations. Top-performers have opportunity to grow to the District Manager level once the company opens more stores in the area.

QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities will include:

• Pre-shift meetings and setting expectations
• Weekly inventory
• Interviewing/hiring, food orders
• Training, motivating, and working with crew members
• Displaying a "guest comes first" attitude by training and holding crew members
• Accountable for delivering legendary customer service

COMPENSATION

• $55,000-$59,000 base salary
• Realistic bonus potential: $5k - $10k annually
• Monthly Healthcare Stipend
• 401K
