About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to a five-member Board, the General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the utility's operations, financial management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for electric, water, and wastewater services.
- Develop and manage the utility's budget, including capital improvement plans.
