About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Blast Off Bay as the General Manager of the Hampton Inn. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional hospitality experiences in the heart of Goddard, KS. The Blast Off Bay complex is growing and adding new things, lending this position to upward growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Hampton Inn, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote the hotel and attract new guests.

Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory control.

Build relationships with guests, addressing their needs and feedback to enhance their stay.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and staff interactions.

Proficiency in hotel management software and property management systems.

Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
