Job Summary
Pilot Flying J is actively seeking highly-skilled and experienced General Managers for our bustling quick service restaurants. Relocation is a requirement for this role.

The General Manager will be pivotal in overseeing the financial and operational success of the restaurant, undertaking responsibilities that include:
  • Delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service.
  • Fostering a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
  • Making informed Human Resource decisions.
  • Conducting thorough P&L analysis.
  • Managing and controlling inventory efficiently.
Compensation: Starting pay between $53,300.00 - $77,240.00 per year.

Qualifications
To thrive as a General Manager, candidates should possess outstanding leadership and customer service abilities, along with a strong sense of integrity and accountability. Key qualifications include:
  • 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industries, specifically with financial accountability.
  • Proven record of managing high-volume retail operations with P&L responsibilities.
  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
