As a General Manager, you will build and nurture an exceptional team, providing training, development, and recognition. You will oversee recruitment, training, management, P&L, and restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, top-quality food, employee development, compliance with food safety, cleanliness standards, and maximized profitability. Your role will also involve effective communication and acting as a liaison with other leadership while promoting our company's culture and values.

What Will You Do?
  • Identify and develop a high-potential team into effective leaders.

Are You Qualified?
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership in all shifts.
  • Must be able to read, speak, understand, and write in English.
  • Maintain a current Health Card as per state/local requirements.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check including MVR.
  • Successfully complete the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
  • This position typically requires a 50-hour work week.
  • Open availability is required (including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed).
