Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP/General Manager Of Commercial Roofing to join our dynamic team.
The General Manager (GM) of Commercial Roofing at CRS Commercial will oversee all aspects of our roofing operations, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction. This role involves managing projects, teams, and resources while driving operational efficiency and safety compliance. The GM will collaborate with internal teams, handle budgeting and project planning, and uphold our mission to deliver exceptional roofing products and service. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, leadership skills, and a focus on continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the commercial roofing division to ensure efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
- Project Management: Lead and monitor all roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets.
- Profit & Loss Management: Oversee the financial performance of the division, including P&L responsibility, to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of roofing professionals, fostering a positive work culture and encouraging continuous development.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular safety audits and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the commercial roofing division, setting long-term goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources (staff, equipment, and materials) effectively across multiple roofing projects.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the quality of all roofing projects, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations.
- Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, financial performance, and operational challenges to senior management.
- Recruitment and HR Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff, ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet company goals.
Compensation: 150-200K

Level of Experience - Required
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10 years of commercial roofing experience
- 5 years of P&L (Profit & Loss) management experience
- 5 years of Human Resources experience, including team management and employee relations
