About the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities - Tiffin Developmental Center: The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is a trauma informed care agency. Tiffin Developmental Center is located in the northwest region of Ohio and is home to both adults and youth with developmental disabilities. What you will do as a Maintenance Repair Worker 2: The Maintenance Department plays a key role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. We have an 80- acre main campus consisting of 6 residential buildings, various support buildings and outdoor spaces. Example duties include: Carpentry Minor electrical Minor plumbing Grounds keeping (i.e. mowing, landscape maintenance, snow removal) Concrete work Painting Delivery This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. Working hours are 9:00AM to 5:30PM with an unpaid 1/2 hour meal break. This position is scheduled to work every other week end.
