GENERAL LIABILITY REAL ESTATE LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Seeking a 5 years' experienced Attorney in Insurance Defense with a focus on General Liability, Real Estate, Casualty Insurance matters. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are looking to continue to hone their skills by handling case files with autonomy, but also having the benefit of working with a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be open to multiple practice areas and have the ability to handle a variety of defense work. The attorney in this position will also receive training and mentorship from partners with deep experience in these practice areas. This is a daily in-office role, with full staff support, in a collegial, boutique firm environment.
Areas of practice include: real estate, government contracts, construction, commercial transactions, insurance, employment, products liability.
Duties and responsibilities:
Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research
Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions
Strong written and verbal communication
For the determined and motivated individual, seeking career development, we are offering a base salary range of $125K - $150K DOE, bonus opportunities, full-suite benefits, 401K, and more.
