Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant II to join our growing finance department. The General Ledger Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and preparation of financial statements. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to compliance and accuracy
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (In Office/ Onsite)

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
- Assist with month-end balance sheet reconciliations and GL close.
- Draft monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Prepare monthly commission reconciliations ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly operating metrics and reporting for management.
- Assist with year end audit requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 2+ years of Accounting or Finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
