Responsibilities: Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and repair work
Shovel and rake asphalt to ensure a smooth, even surface
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed
Operate hand tools and small equipment safely

Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team
Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
