Job Title: General Laborer

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (typically from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Painter & General Laborer. In this role, you will assist with painting tasks, including handrails and various buildings, and perform general labor duties such as sweeping and shoveling. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, have a strong work ethic, and be comfortable working at heights when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Painting: Paint handrails and various buildings as required. Some painting may involve working at heights, but all work will be performed within the safety of handrails (no fall protection required).

• General Labor: Sweep and shovel designated areas, ensuring work areas remain clean and safe.

• Physical Labor: Be capable of lifting and pushing materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently in outdoor environments and on ladders or scaffolds as needed.

• Physical capability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks safely and on time.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

What We Provide:

• All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the job, except for steel-toe boots.
