Our office has leading technology with intraoral scanners and CBCT. We believe strongly in work-life balance and our current doctors work three 12 hour shifts so they can have four day weekends and love it but that schedule can be flexible.
Someone who is comfortable doing crowns, fillings, removable, extractions and endo would be preferred but our office is so busy that we can work with you on what procedures you enjoy doing and what you want to learn more of.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care in a compassionate and professional manner. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Duties:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
- Educate patients on oral health care
- Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
- Administer anesthetics for pain management during procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Proficiency in medical imaging and interpreting results
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with medical coding for billing purposes
- Ability to assess patients' vital signs and overall health condition
- Understanding of CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations
- Strong anatomy knowledge for accurate diagnoses

For the first few months, compensation will be $65 an hour or based off of patient collections which ever is higher.
