Position Highlights
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible 4-day workweek with no evenings or weekends required. Shared call rotation only one week every 3 months, handled remotely with minimal volume.

- Favorable Call Schedule: Extremely light call volume (0-5 calls/week), with all trauma referred to an academic oral surgery department. Call taken from home.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base salary of $150,000 for the first $45,000/month in collections.
- Generous Bonus: Production-based bonus ranging from 29%-37% of adjusted net collections based on tiered thresholds.

Qualifications
- Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
- Certifications: BLS required.
- Licensure: Active or eligible for dental licensure in the state of Louisiana.
- Skillset: Competent in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative, endo, extractions, crown and bridge, and implants.
- Experience: 3+ years preferred; open to new graduates with leadership potential.
- Sponsorship: U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) only.
