Position Overview:

This position provides vital administrative support to maintain efficient daily office operations. Responsibilities include clerical tasks, data entry, correspondence management, and general staff assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
  • Maintain and update office records and databases
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and written materials
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support office operations
  • Assist with planning and executing events
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed
  • Support special projects or tasks assigned by supervisors
Required Skills:
  • Prior experience in an office support role or similar environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other common office software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling information
