Position Overview: This position provides vital administrative support to maintain efficient daily office operations. Responsibilities include clerical tasks, data entry, correspondence management, and general staff assistance in a fast-paced environment.
Duties: - Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents
- Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
- Draft and proofread correspondence and written materials
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support office operations
- Assist with planning and executing events
- Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed
- Support special projects or tasks assigned by supervisors
Required Skills: - Prior experience in an office support role or similar environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other common office software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling information
