RieLes Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Clerk III - ACS/FAP supporting Army Community Service - Family Advocacy Program (FAP) at Fort Eisenhower, GA. The Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) is a military support program focused on preventing and responding to domestic violence, child abuse, and neglect among service members and their families. It provides education, counseling, crisis intervention, and victim advocacy to promote safe and healthy family relationships. FAP also offers workshops, parenting classes, and support resources while coordinating with military and civilian agencies for intervention and assistance. The program is available to active-duty service members, their families, retirees, and eligible DoD personnel on military installations worldwide.

Contract Period: 26 September 2025 - 29 September 2026 (Base Year) with four (4) option years
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0730 - 1630

Role Description:
The Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) is seeking a General Clerk III to provide administrative support in a community-based prevention program focused on addressing family violence, child maltreatment, and promoting family well-being. The role involves assisting with program operations, data management, scheduling, client intake, and general office support

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Family Advocacy Program (FAP)
  • Operate computer programs and collect risk factor data from participating agencies
  • Maintain files in accordance with the Army Record Information Management System (ARIMS)
  • Answer routine telephone calls and provide general information
  • Assist in preparing briefing materials and scheduling command briefings
  • Issue training materials and maintain the resource library
  • Update installation commanders' lists quarterly
  • Input and track FAP training and command briefing data
  • Assist in the ACS/FAP needs assessment by collecting and analyzing data monthly
  • Prepare graphics to support collected data
  • Research and order training materials and promotional items
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Schedule and prepare agendas for meetings, record minutes, and maintain records
  • Conduct intake screenings and provide assistance to clients seeking Family Advocacy Program services
  • Maintain a comprehensive resource directory of military and civilian education and support services
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotional materials for events, seminars, and trainings
  • Facilitate client appointments and provide necessary documentation
  • Input client intake information into the ACS Client Tracking System (CTS)
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and clerical skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of military family programs is preferred
