Pay Rate: $21.57
Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Seeking a General Clerk III to support our operations, providing services such as operations, mechanical maintenance, and custodial services for Federal buildings and courthouses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating a multi-line phone system, assisting in various administrative matters, maintaining financial and other records both manually and electronically, verifying the accuracy and completeness of statistical reports, compiling information, and handling and adjusting complaints.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Must have a minimum of five years of related office administrative experience and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential, and the candidate will be required to learn the GSA's NCMMs system of preventive maintenance tracking.
- Experience with Maximo CMMS software is a plus.
