This is a long term W2 GenAI Engineer (must be able to work on a w2 basis with no sponsorship). This will be a hybrid role in Iselin NJ, Charlotte NC, or Chandler AZ. Hourly pay is based on location and experience, please apply accordingly (3-4 open roles).
Project:
Our financial services client has a new greenfield initiative for their contact center to leverage Generative AI agents that will handle customer inquiries, provide quick resolutions, and escalate more complex problems to human customer support only when necessary. Must have enterprise level experience building GenAI agents at scale. You will be developing this solution based on multi-agent architecture with distributed processing, parallel execution, orchestration, and task routing. Preference for experience with GCP's Google Conversation Platform (Playbooks, Vertex AI Agent Builder, etc) but open to any similar cloud offering (aws or azure).
Key responsibilities include:
Building, deploying, and integrating AI Agents (GenAi/Synthetic Agents) esp. on Google Conversational Platform using playbooks
Orchestration with Multiple GenAI Agents using LangGraph , LangChain (with ReACT ) and LLM tooling (Python)
Using massive scale, low latency, real time architecture implementations: Focus on eventing and extending conversational context (Big Table, Time series, Pub/sub or Kafka
ML framework, LLM, NLP, MLOps experience
Proven experience in combating hallucination running all the time (not just 1 time exercise),
Implementation of guard rails, supervisor and observability with explanation/transparency for GenAI
Responsible AI (RAI) Implementation at scale for regulated industries like Fintech
Cost Optimization of genai solutions with hybrid solutions (deterministic versus probabilistic)
Integration with GCP Cloud native Microservice, event driven technology stack ( Big Table, pub/sub. alloyDB)

Experience with API integrations and greenfield applications.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
