As a Project Operations Specialist, you will be part of the project management team supporting various operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Operations Specialist
Location: Remote Pay Range: $35.71
What's the Job? - Provide tracking, reporting, and scheduling support to a fast-paced project management team.
- Work closely with the project management and commercial operations team to understand support needs.
- Maintain alignment between teams needing updates on support activities.
- Identify and proactively communicate risks to ensure projects stay on track.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project status reports and priority lists.
What's Needed? - Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong problem resolution skills and creativity in solution development.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or process improvement activities.
