Working under the general direction of the GEAR UP Coordinator. Assist in helping students graduate from high school prepared to enter and succeed in college. Work one-on-one with high school students; serve as a positive role model; and interact with students and/or faculty to meet program objectives.

Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED

Experience: 2 years clerical experience

Experience with college readiness (financial aid, grants, scholarships, FAFSA/TAFSA, college prep tests)

Building/Campus Central Administration/Sinton High School

Technology Literacy Keyboard, E-mail, Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Internet, Databases

Clerical / Secretarial Copy Machine, Data Entry, Filing
