About the role: Gastroenterology Physician
- Coordinates a course of treatment for patients with a variety of disorders, diseases, or irregularities that pertain to the digestive tract.
- Will act as an expert in his field as patients come to them disease management and prevention.
- Perform any number of tests on patients, including blood work, colonoscopies, and endoscopies & must be adept at performing these tests and reading the results so that they can convey to patients what their problems may be.
- Experience performing and interpreting Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP and Pathology Results
- Demonstrated experience with ERCP preferred.
- Preferred training in ERCP, EGD and Colonoscopies of at least 10-12 a year.
- Ability to consult for Gastroenterology assessments within 10+ hours of requests
