- Through the support of our researchers, our physicians have access to the most advanced technology, treatments and diagnostics in Gastroenterological care, especially colorectal and liver cancer

- Our current team includes 12 FT Gastroenterology faculty and one NP
- We are in the process of hiring 1-2 PAs in the next few months due to tremendous growth
- Advanced therapeutics not required, though welcome
- All GI procedures are done and GI inpatient care strictly consultative
- Consult service always staffed by GI fellows and supervised by all faculty members on a rotating basis (ranges from 3-8 new consults/day)
- Inpatient consult service coverage 5-6 weeks per year
- Fellow endoscopy coverage 1-2 -day sessions per week with remaining being outpatient care with time in modern, LPN-staffed ambulatory site and ambulatory endoscopy center
