- Join 12 practicing GIs
- In house Anesthesia, Pathology, Infusion, and APP support
- Schedule: Clinic in AM, Procedures in afternoon
- 3 Clinical locations
- 2 ASCs
- Bread and Butter position
- Shared call: 1 hospital, usually 1 time per quarter
- Guaranteed salary PLUS sign-on and relocation

- 18 months to partnership - buy into practice and ASC
