A well-established privategastroenterology practice in Lubbock, Texas is actively recruiting a Board-Certifiedor Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our growing team, currentlyconsisting of one physician and three advanced practice providers. This is anexceptional opportunity to step into a high-demand market with immediateprocedural volume and no call responsibilities-offering an ideal balance ofprofessional growth and lifestyle.


Position Highlights:

  • High-Volume Practice:Perform general GI procedures from day one. The current physician is fullybooked 3-6 months out, with a long waiting list for scopes and an establishedreferral base.
  • No Call: Enjoy a predictableschedule with no on-call duties.
  • Scope-Ready Facilities:Procedures are performed at a local physician-owned ambulatory surgery center(ASC) and well-equipped office-based procedural suites.
  • New Patient Focus: All newpatients will be referred to the incoming physician, with active support fromthe current partner to build your patient base quickly.
  • General GI Only: Allprocedures are general scoping-no EUS or ERCP required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from anaccredited institution
  • Board Certified or BoardEligible in Gastroenterology
  • Eligible for or inpossession of a Texas medical license
  • Strong clinical skills andability to manage a high-volume practice
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication abilities
  • Motivated to grow within aprivate practice partnership track
