Practice Overview
- Private practice in Hickory, NC, serving a multi-county, 50-mile-wide region with a strong referral base
- Team of 9 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- On-site Endoscopy Center with 3 GI suites and Olympus 190 scopes
- 11,000 colonoscopies and 3,500 EGDs performed annually
Schedule & Call
- Monday-Friday clinic schedule with dedicated endoscopy days
- Rotating hospitalist coverage with one dedicated week of inpatient duties
- Call is 1:7 rotation
- No rounding required during call hours
- Dedicated APP support for hospitalist weeks
Procedures & Facilities
- Bread-and-butter gastroenterology (colonoscopy, EGD, sigmoidoscopy)
- EUS preferred, but not required
- Block scheduling for efficiency and optimal workflow
- 24/7 anesthesiology support and experienced GI tech teams
Compensation & Partnership

- Partnership eligibility with buy-in available
- $25,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 relocation assistance
