2 weeks of coverage needed monthly - starting 1/13/2025 Schedule is 24hr On Call Daily to include 8 hours of patient contact, callback hours after 8 hours. Onsite Lab Onsite X Rays EMR - EPIC/Provation for GI procedure documentation Required Procedures: Esophageal Dilatation Small Bowel Biopsy Lower GI Endoscopy Sigmoidoscopy Colonoscopy Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy: with Biopsy with Foreign Body Removal with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery) with Banding of Varices with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) Diagnostic Therapeutic with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) Submission Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - Strong preference for BC or a set date for testing for taking the boards . REQUIRED
- IL state license - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- Covid Vaccination - REQUIRED
