Seeking a BE/BC General Gastroenterologist to join its practice at Henderson, TX (34 miles east of Tyler, TX) and Jacksonville, TX (27 miles south of Tyler, TX). Support two rural short term acute care hospitals (96 bed and 33 bed)

Join 4 physicians, 2 advanced providers and support staff
Monday - Friday: 8a-5p (clinic and procedure days)
Both inpatient and outpatient services
20-30 patients expected per day
No EUS or ERCP required
Option to work with residents
Potential Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program

96-bed short term acute care hospital offering comprehensive medical services, including a 24-hour emergency designated as a Level IV trauma center and Level III Stroke Center. The facility features advanced surgical suites, state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging, obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, and a dedicated sleep laboratory.

Jacksonville, TX Facility
33-bed short-term acute care facility providing high-quality, patient-centered care to the community. This facility is a 24-hour emergency care center, designated as a Level IV Trauma Center and a Level IV Acute Stroke Facility, providing critical and time-sensitive care for a wide range of medical emergencies. It includes a six-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patients requiring close monitoring and advanced critical care. The Labor and Delivery Department features modern LDRP suites (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum), ensuring a seamless and family-centered childbirth experience. It also houses a Level I nursery for the care of healthy newborns. The hospital is equipped with fully functional surgical suites and state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging technology, including 3D mammography, enhancing early detection and diagnostic capabilities.
