Position Specific DescriptionThis position will be based in Houston, Texas and report to the Director of Technical Operations.
Employees in this role supervise a team of pipeline controllers in the safe operation of oil & gas pipelines.
Job OverviewThis position is responsible for maintaining the Control Room Management (CRM) documentation, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. Employees in this role work with Field Operations, SCADA, Measurement, and Information Technology to keep the Control Room operational.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Oversees controllers and sets work schedules
- Maintains all alarm parameters in the SCADA system
- Prepares, distributes, and tracks Management of Change (MOC) documentation
- Participates in procedure writing and editing
- Maintains physical and electronic archives of all CRM documentation
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications- High School Grad / GED
- Associate's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 5+ years
Preferred Qualifications- Supervisor/Management Experience: 4+ years
