BASIC FUNCTION:
To provide technical assistance to staff and customers on hardware and software-related issues
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software
• Assisting in network administration tasks
• Maintaining IT inventory
• Perform system backups and maintain accurate records
• Research and recommend technical solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Enrolled in or have recently completed a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or another related field.
Experience:
Knowledge of computer systems and software
Familiarity with hardware and software installation
Job Skills:
Communication Skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Organization Skills Ability to work independently
