We're looking for a driven, self-starting Business Development Executive to expand our reach and connect us with the next wave of bold, design-forward clients.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the full business development cycle-from identifying prospects to closing deals.
- Strategically hunt for new business opportunities across industries that value high-performing, beautiful work environments.
- Build relationships with architects, designers, real estate brokers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Stay plugged into design trends and workplace strategy, speaking the language of both form and function.
- Collaborate with our internal design and project teams to deliver standout client experiences.
You Might Be the One If You
- Are a natural-born hunter who loves chasing (and closing) new business.
- Have 3-7 years of proven success in sales-ideally in furniture, interiors, commercial real estate, or adjacent industries.
- Have a background or strong interest in design, architecture, or space planning-you know good design when you see it.
- Thrive in autonomy, take ownership, and move fast.
- Can command a room but know when to listen.
- Are resilient, strategic, and always thinking three steps ahead.
