Position Summary: The
Fundraising Data and Administrative Coordinator supports business needs with a strong focus on data integrity, donor systems management, and campaign operations (75%), while also providing essential administrative support to leadership and fundraising initiatives (25%). This role is critical in managing and optimizing platforms such as Andar (inc. ePledge) and GiveSmart to support electronic giving, data reporting, donor engagement, and internal coordination.

Data & System Support (75%) - Serve as the primary Andar administrator, providing expert-level guidance, troubleshooting, and training to internal staff on key database functions.
- Oversee data quality and conduct regular audits, clean-up projects, and reconciliations with Finance to ensure campaign and donor records are accurate.
- Manage donor data flow across third-party platforms, i.e. GiveSmart; maintain and segment mailing lists, ensuring alignment with communication strategy.
- Build and execute complex queries to support campaign segmentation, reporting, and strategy.
- Lead and support ePledge deployment, troubleshooting issues for workplace campaign champions and donors, and serving as a liaison with App Support Services.
- Collaborate with Finance to manage donation records, adjustments, reconciliations, and annual audit preparation.
- Execute direct mail and digital campaigns in collaboration with organizational strategy, ensuring timing, list accuracy, and technical execution.
- Develop and maintain accurate donor and constituent records, including interaction histories and event participation data.
Administrative Support (25%) - Provide calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination of logistics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage campaign materials inventory, reordering, and logistics for distribution.
- Support event logistics, donor mailings, and routine data updates resulting from donor communications.
- Coordinate scheduling, prepare internal reports and dashboards, and assist in special projects related to fundraising and engagement.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries, redirecting or escalating as appropriate.
Flexibility - UWFC is evolving with our changing external environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes for this position. This position requires in-office work a minimum of 4 days per week.
- A willingness to take on additional duties to ensure the success of the team is essential.
- Occasional local travel may be required with some events/tasks outside of traditional work hours.

Education and/or Experience - Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration. Related field and/or work experience will be considered as appropriate.
- 2+ years of experience in data management & operations, data systems, and CRM management (Andar a plus) in a nonprofit environment.
- Excellent technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, donor database platforms and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and uphold donor confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to remain professional and composed under high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of Forsyth County and the human service sector is preferred.

Physical Requirements: ability to move papers or supplies weighing up to 20lbs.
NC Driver's license and auto insurance are required.
This is a hybrid position; minimum of 4 days in the office.
