Dorrean is currently recruiting for a Functional Specialist with an Active TS/SCI to support a Federal Agency regarding Export Controls and CFIUS analysis on various research and engineering projects. The Functional Specialist will advise officials regarding export control regulations for critical technologies, ensuring the U.S. maintains its technological advantage and protects its innovations from foreign theft and exploitation. Responsibilities:
• Advise officials on export control regulations for emerging critical technologies.
• Develop and revise instructions, policies, and procedures for the program.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and CFIUS regulations.
• Support research and engineering projects for the agency.
• Assist in protecting U.S. technologies from foreign adversaries. Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• 10+ years of related experience
• Prior Export Control related experience (ITAR, EAR, or CFIUS Regulations)
• Engineering background Preferred:
