Hands-on in creating process flows, personas, user stories etc - Good soft skills, communication, and presentation skills in large workshops with global teams. Good at PPT presentations, content creation, prototype demonstrations
- The candidate will work closely with the current team on the ground with Directors, Business Lead and Technology Leads but will heavily interact with product owners and business facing SME to be part of this exercise.
- Location : Prefer to have this person NJ or should be able to travel to NJ every month at-least once or in commutable distance between NJ/NY based or be onsite M-T and work out of TTSVL office. For exceptional folks remote is fine as long as they can work EST hours.

- Document gaps from a process and capabilities standpoint.
- Define a potential detailed future state capabilities model that will include current + target state future LS capabilities.
- Work independently with business and IT teams in this role of a functional solution architect.
- Must have good understanding of Pharma, CRM, Life Sciences and be able to converse with business and consulting partners
