Functional BA w/UAT

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Write clear and concise user stories that capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and prioritize features.
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows and use cases.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure user stories are understood and implemented correctly.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the final product meets business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the oil and gas or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience writing user stories.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools for requirement gathering and documentation - uses ADO
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
