We are looking for a Fullstack (MERN) & Blockchain Trainer cum Developer who is passionate about teaching and has hands-on experience in both MERN stack development and Blockchain technologies.

• Conduct engaging and structured online/offline training sessions on Fullstack Development (MERN) and Blockchain Development.
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, coding exercises, and projects.
• Guide students in building real-world projects using React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, Express.js, Solidity, Web3.js, and Smart Contracts.
• Provide practical training on blockchain concepts, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
• Conduct live coding sessions, hackathons, and coding challenges.
• Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Work on in-house MERN & Blockchain projects to stay updated with industry trends.
• Develop smart contracts and DApps on blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Sonic Blockchain.
• Collaborate with the team to improve course content and integrate real-world use cases.
• Contribute to Skillonit's job placement and internship program by mentoring students on real projects.
• Keep up with new blockchain trends, tools, and frameworks to enhance training quality.

• Fullstack (MERN) Development:
• Frontend: React.js, Redux, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, WebSockets
• Database: MongoDB, Firebase, MySQL (optional)
• Version Control: Git, GitHub
• Cloud Deployment: AWS, Digital Ocean, or Firebase
• Blockchain Development:
• Smart contract development using Solidity
• Knowledge of Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Sonic Blockchain
• Hands-on experience with Web3.js, Hardhat, Truffle, Remix IDE
• Experience in NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, and Layer-2 solutions
• Wallet integration & token development (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and make them engaging.
• Team player with a growth mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring (preferred).
• Experience working on real-world blockchain projects.
