Our company is hiring for a Sales Support Specialist position to work and represent our partnership with telecommunications leading providers. At our company, we feel sales, customer service, and account management are all a critical part of how to exist in the world. Our Sales Support Specialist will have the opportunity to learn customer service, how to manage customer accounts, sales, and how to set up new customer accounts to increase customer acquisitions.
Responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist:
- Provide customer with superior customer service and knowledge on products and services available to them
- Set up new customer accounts by notating customers personal information and obtaining confidentiality
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information to customers
- Process any sales orders necessary
- Develop an excellent relationship with internal and external peers to ensure outreach campaign deliverability
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the company bonus tools, communication channels, quality assurance processes, and any regulatory requirements
- Adherence to learning all company values, standards, and implementing training to achieve and exceed sales and outreach goals
