Key Responsibilities - Ensure all products meet Whole Foods Market quality standards.
- Efficiently sort and scan waste products.
- Maintain production standards throughout your shifts.
- Stock and clean shelves, bins, and food preparation areas.
- Organize and maintain back stock effectively.
- Receive and manage product deliveries, handling invoices for items delivered outside receiving hours.
- Assist in overnight sorting and receiving processes for various teams.
- Arrive punctually and dressed appropriately, ready to contribute to the team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing queries effectively and employing suggestive selling techniques.
- Optimize sales potential by adhering to effective product handling and merchandising practices.
- Adhere to established safety and health procedures, including compliance with sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Execute opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensuring signage and pricing accuracy.

- Required movements include bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals as well as various temperatures.
- Able to work in both wet and dry conditions.
- Flexible scheduling is necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Use of various tools and equipment, including knives and electric pallet jacks, may be required.
- Ladder use may be necessary in certain tasks.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16.00 to $25.40 based on experience. Whole Foods Market offers an array of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, eligibility for store discounts, paid time off, and other programs.
